This 30-minute (co-ed) class will take your core training to the next level! Consisting of the abdominal and lower back muscles, I consider the core to be the nucleus of our bodies. Strengthening these muscles can produce maximum stability and mobility in our every day movements. January Jump-Start Fitness Package
This 6-week exercise program will hold your feet to the fire! It's
specifically designed to CATAPULT you into the fitness mode after over-indulging
during the holidays. Start date must be in January. End date is 6 weeks
after. 12 private 1-on-1 sessions are included and must be used within the 6
weeks. No carry over permitted with this specialized package as it defeats the
strategy of helping you establish good exercise habits and sticking with them.
